If you cancel prior to 30 days of arrival, there is a $50 administration fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you forfeit your

$300 Security / Holding deposit is required to hold unit payable by certified check, credit card or PayPal. Security/Holding deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure : providing no damage,no theft, no Pets in unit and unit was not smoked in.

Monthly rentals: No cleaning fee on monthly rentals.
