Off Season Rates:
June 28/09 to Dec.19/09
Low Season Rates & Holidays:
May 1 to June 28 & Dec 20 to Jan 22
High Season Rates:
jan 23/09 to April 30/10
Cancelation Policy:
If you cancel prior to 72 hours of arrival, there is a $55 administration fee. if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you forfeit all monies collected.
Monthly Rentals: If you cancel prior to 30 days of arrival, there is a $55 administration fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you forfeit all monies collected
Check -in is 3pm and after; check-out by 10am. .
No refund for early departures.

Required Deposit:
$250 deposit required payable by credit card or PayPal. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Monthly rentals: A $500 deposit isrequired payable by credit card or PayPal.
Balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival. No cieaning fee on monthly.
